Cancellation Policy
This payment is non-refundable with appointment time. Direction By Drake does not offer any money back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase of program or sound bath sessions under any circumstances.. If Apt is rescheduled before 24 hours in advance, half of session payment will go towards the make up apt. Example : Couple session at $135 value, if cancelled 24 hours in advanced with a make up session booked, Half will go towards the make up apt. The other half will be Due at the time of the second apt.
