Shelbi asks questions to get to understand you and which chakras need alignment and focuses her one on one sound healing to tune into the frequency of the chakras that need attention. In my sessions I’ve had an emotive physical response to blocked energy, she picked up on where to shift the frequency to address my healing needs. The whole experience begins with some light reiki and ends with a cup of tea and conversation about what was felt, picked up on and what things to think about after suggesting physical practices or osanas that will help with energy flow and some deep digging to understand the roots of why we all need healing. I highly recommend this beautiful sound healing experience.
